1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing content, or purchasing digital courses, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to maintain the security of your password and identification credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with any other individual or entity.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials made available on Skill Fountain, including but not limited to course content, videos, problem statements, hints, practice questions, text, graphics, logos, icons, source code snippets, and platform software, are the exclusive property of Skill Fountain and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

• You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
• You must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, retransmit, publicly display, mirror, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Skill Fountain.

4. Course Purchases & Payment Gateway (Razorpay)

Certain courses, assessments, and advanced features on Skill Fountain may require payment of fees.

• Pricing & Currency: All prices listed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) unless explicitly specified otherwise. Prices are subject to change at our discretion.
• Secure Payment Processing: Payments are processed through our authorized and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store or collect your complete debit/credit card numbers, CVV, or banking passwords on our servers.
• Billing Information: You agree to provide valid and authorized payment details. By completing a transaction, you authorize us and our payment gateway to charge the specified amount to your selected payment instrument.
• Access Activation: Upon successful verification of your transaction by Razorpay, access to the purchased educational content is granted immediately to your registered account.

5. Code Execution & Platform Security

Skill Fountain provides interactive code execution and practice sandboxes. You expressly agree not to:

• Execute malicious code, scripts, viruses, denial-of-service attacks, or exploits against our sandbox or backend infrastructure.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, scrapers, rate limits, automated scrapers, or security measures.
• Use the platform for any unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.

6. Cancellation & Refund

All purchases of digital educational resources and subscriptions are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please review the policy for detailed criteria, timelines, and refund procedures.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Skill Fountain provides learning materials on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, quality, and continuous availability:

• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or free of bugs.
• Skill Fountain does not guarantee specific academic, recruitment, or career outcomes through completion of the courses or coding challenges.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skill Fountain, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our platform or services.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.
